To ensure that I have availability to provide you with the best experience…

- A booking fee of £30 will be required at time of booking. This will be deducted from total cost of service and remainder be paid on day of appointment.

- Please allow at least 48 hours for appointment cancellations and refundable booking fee*. This should be done through the cancellation option on your confirmation email. If done in less than 48 hours, your booking fee is non-refundable.

- You will receive a reminder email & SMS 5 days before your appointment which will allow you to reply to confirm your attendance.

​

- Failure to attend appointment without notice will incur 100% cost of service payment.

​

- More than 15 minutes late arrival can result in your service having to be rescheduled or be cut short so as to not delay my next client’s appointment. You will still be subject to 100% cost of service.

Booking an appointment means that you understand and agree with these policies.
